How to prepare

1. For acute hayfever: freeze-dried nettle leaf capsules (300mg) 2–3 times daily provide the fastest antihistamine effect. 2. Daily preventive tea: steep 1–2 teaspoons of dried nettle leaf in freshly boiled water for 10 minutes. Drink 2–3 cups daily through allergy season. 3. Starting nettle tea 2–4 weeks before your allergy season sets up better baseline antihistamine priming. 4. Nettle has mild diuretic properties — stay well hydrated.
